1. Services

Speedest LLC provides construction cost estimating, material takeoff, and bid preparation support services based on plans, specifications, and information provided by the client. Our deliverables are prepared in good faith and reflect the information available at the time of preparation.

2. Estimates and Deliverables

All estimates, takeoffs, and reports provided by Speedest LLC are for informational and planning purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final construction costs depend on market conditions, vendor pricing, labor availability, site conditions, and other variables outside our control. We do not guarantee that actual project costs will match our estimates.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Complete and accurate project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Timely responses to requests for clarification or additional information
• Approval of the scope of work to be estimated or reviewed
• Payment in accordance with the agreed fee schedule

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are quoted based on project scope and complexity. Payment terms will be provided in the project quote or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due prior to delivery of final deliverables. Late payments may result in delays or withholding of deliverables.

5. Intellectual Property

All estimates, reports, spreadsheets, and materials prepared by Speedest LLC remain the intellectual property of Speedest LLC until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a limited license to use the deliverables for the specific project for which they were prepared. Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or reused for unrelated projects without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Speedest LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our estimates or services, including but not limited to lost profits, project delays, or bidding outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Speedest LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the latest effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
